Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a wide range of logistical and material handling duties to support RavenVolt’s supply chain and construction teams. This role involves receiving, organizing, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient flow of electrical construction materials, including switchgear, transformers, wire, conduit, PPE, tools, and related items. The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory of electrical and construction materials, including conducting periodic physical inventory counts.
- Prepare and package items for shipment or delivery to project sites.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and security.
- Support construction and supply chain teams with material distribution and logistics.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications and Background Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations required, especially: forklift operating; and warehouse management system usage for processing incoming and outgoing shipments; conducting physical inventory counts.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and any other required safety certifications.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical or construction materials is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional vocational training or certifications in logistics, warehousing, or related fields preferred.

- Employment with RavenVolt is at-will and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause or notice.
- Employees must comply with company policies regarding confidentiality, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Successful completion of I-9 verification and employment covenant forms is required before the first day of work.
