We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator that will work with Service, Operations, Monitoring, & Accounting Departments in handling service dispatch and coordination. This role is a balancing of being reactive to customer needs while also being proactive to ensure business performance. This Coordinator gives assistance to the Service Team, which includes answering service phone calls and emails and scheduling the Service Technicians. This is a high-paced business with ever-changing demands that requires working and communicating with all levels of the Company. It requires high attention to detail, accurate and timely delivery of information, while simultaneously assisting with multiple responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Related recent power generation service dispatching experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of coordination experience in a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in Service Operations preferred, including inventory, sales orders, and work orders in the context of power generation.
- Excellent communication skills including phone, written etiquette, and reading comprehension.
- Experience working in an evolving, dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
- Experience working under pressure, with multiple deadlines and within an ever-changing high paced team environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an excellent planner.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to properly balance being reactive with being proactive.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work as needed to get the job done.
- Respond to requests for repairs, start-ups, and other service activities that come into the department from internal and external sources.
- Utilize expertise to manage and optimize inventory, quotes, sales orders, and work orders within the industrial power generation sector.
- Align Technician’s capabilities with the work, planning out their routes/jobs for optimal efficiency at the lowest cost, and being able to pivot as needed all while having an ultimate focus on delivering high level customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary communication link between field technicians, customers, and the office, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
- Create and process service tickets using Company systems including parts orders, customer/sales/technician follow-ups, and open customer service matters such as service reports, PMs, warranty claims, and emergency service requests.
- Manage competing priorities and balance an increasingly demanding schedule for Service activities such as: PMs, warranty calls, startups, testing, etc.
- Manage new and on-going service contract schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Send customers quotes as needed to schedule work for technicians.
- Confirm readiness for Service with customers ahead of dispatching.
- Provide daily coordination with field technicians, including daily report uploads, material deliveries, and subcontractor mobilizations, with a focus on power generation equipment.
- Review and negotiate any necessary changes to service orders, ensuring alignment with field service operations and customer expectations.
- Verify customer account details to dispatch service including billing terms.
- Collaborate with corporate accounting on job cost estimates and financials, applying basic accounting principles to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Manage the completion and submission of service documentation and close-out reports to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers within the power generation industry.
- Utilize Company systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage and track tasks effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Service Management or corporate leadership.
