Responsibilities

Receive, Inspect, and document incoming equipment; determine project allocation and upload signed BOLs and photos into ST.
Update inventory status using warehouse management system from receiving to shipment
Organize and communicate project procurement inventory status to accounting and operations
Pull parts and materials from stock to assemble panels and prepare project-specific fixture pallets.
Prepare equipment for shipping and support procurement for punchlist construction material
Make site visits to confirm bills of materials, participate in project kickoffs, and support project managers throughout project execution

Location

Travel

1 – 2 times per month for site visits to confirm BOM and installation requirements
